You cannot request deletion of transaction data once a market settles because this would undermine our ability to defend disputes.

Device and Usage Data (IP logs, browser history) is retained for 90 days and then automatically deleted. Email logs and support correspondence are retained for three years or until dispute resolution is complete, whichever is longer.

Your Rights and Data Requests
